I went to smith lake last monday.i caught 8 bass & 14 crappie.
8 out of the 14 crappie was keppers but not slabs.
has any one been catching any crappie on smith this past week ??

I fished Smith today. Water is still high 513 or so. Also still alot of color. I caught 10-12 keepers and they were nothing to brag about.
I fished hog house creek and rock house on upper Sipsey

I WAS FISHING UP SIPSEY.FISHING THE TREE TOPS CASTING A JIG & WORKING IT BACK TO THE BOAT. I WAS USEING 4LB. TEST GOLD LINE I WAS LETTING IT SINK DOWN TO ABOUT 8 FEET.HOPE THIS HELPS.
