Patrick: I have been fishing Guntersville for years. And i have found that the bait to use is a little grub called "Bass Assissin". My favorate color is "Glow" But thats my choice. I also use a 1/32 to a 1/16 gig head depending on wind conditions and if they are pulling the water. Also use 4lb test. I find that works well. The good thing about using the "Bass Assissin" bait you catch all kinds of different fish. I have caught Bass, Crappie, Bream, Drum, Shad, Sauger, I even caught a 8lb 9oz Catfish on it. You can by it at most Bait and Tackle shops. I have seen it at Wall Mart to. Happy fishing!!!!!!!
