I want to pass along a word of warning:
Avoid doing business with onlinemarine.com
They’re nothing but trouble! I ordered a GPS system
(about $500). They took my money, but didn’t deliver
the merchandise. I’ve tried contacting them many times
via email, FAX, telephone, and online instant messenger –
No Response. If it weren’t for the credit card bill, I’d
think the company doesn’t exist. They look good on the web,
but they’re trouble!
In addition, I've searched several online reviews of
retails. Onlinemarine.com ranks very low. There
are many stories similar to mine.

i have dealt and used onlinemarine for several of my expensive purchases for both my personal and business sail boats. i have received nothing but professional and timely service from this company. i could imagine that with the holidays right around the corner and marine business booming, they were busy and had you taken the proper channels, your merchandise would have been shipped in a timely fashion. you have to expect that when you order something online/catalog, that it could take awhile. be patient and i'm sure things will work to your advantage. it has also been my experience that this is a one man operation and that he cuts costs by laying off employees, and using other peoples employees to ship his good, so be nice to him. for he can not help his stupidity.
