Hey Guys,
it seems the crappie are still in the lazy day summer pattern.
I am catching a few in 35 to 45 feet of water. If you are going after these guys i suggest not getting started until at least 11:00 pm. The crappie are bitting very late.
I am thinking the crappie will be moving into water around 25 to 30 feet in the next couple of weeks. Then shortly after moving into the winter pattern, where you can catch them in 15 to 20 feet of water hanging tight to structure.
