I read a post here about being fined for not having trolling motor batteries in plastic boxes and tied down. Is this really a law? Speck

Thanks for the reply. I looked but did not see anything pertaining to this. Look below to the post " I had good luck at #8" and read it. They said they were fined for not having the boxes. New one on me lol. Speck
