Has anyone been fishing Cedar Creek or Bear Creek in Franklin county, lately? I know that Cedar was very low in Oct. of last year?

A friend fished Big Bear at the end of December and caught 48 crappie. Pretty good for December I thought.

My brother and I went there in Oct, of last year, all day, and didn't even get a hit! If a man can't even catch a bluegill up there, seems like something is wrong, to me.
