Fished Lay Lake Monday and Tuesday of this week. Monday was really cold, caught 4 in about an hour. Tuesday was better weather but results were the same. Going out agian today. Still think it is a liitle early but I sure do enjoy trying. Anyone else fishing Lay Lake?

i fish lay lake up around the logan martin dam. the crappie are out in the middle of that swift water. just cast out up toward the dam and let the float drift down until it gets directly in front of you the reel in and try again. You're catching the bigger fish because the little ones can't take the swift water. try it, you won't come up empty at all.
